What does a newborn believer in Jesus need to become an excellent disciple of Jesus?

Thousands of Christian books about this. But, why is that important? Well, think about it. Are you a
newborn in Christ, perhaps a younger Christian? Who’s caring for you? Are you getting the food you
need? The help you need to take first steps? What about the baths you need? The encouragement
you need when you fall down…which is, as far as I know, something that happens a lot to toddlers.

And what about us who are older Christians? Are we caring for anyone newer in faith in this
family who could really use our presence, our encouragement, our watchful eye, our care?
What does a newborn believer in Jesus need to grow up, to become an excellent disciple of
Jesus?

ANSWER: They need establishing care which prepares for excelling in holiness.
