Activities and Sports for Children, Women & Men
The PLEX hosts community sports leagues for people of all ages throughout the year, as well as community groups and gatherings. Our Upward Sports league hosts flag football, cheerleading, basketball, and volleyball for a variety of ages. Men and Women can enjoy various organized sports, pickup games, early morning workouts, and Bible Study Fellowships throughout the week as well.

Christ Community Church of Ames Activity & Community Center
The PLEX is a 32 thousand square foot facility opened and made possible by the work of Christ Community Church of Ames. Built to encourage and foster life-changing activities and relationships for kids, students, and adults, The PLEX opened in 2009 with amenities to cater to various needs.

Full length gym with hardwood courts.
EVENT SPACE
Auditorium with 250 removable seats.
COFFEE SHOP & CAFE
Cafe Refresh is open for gathering.
COMMERCIAL KITCHEN
Fully equipped for commercial catering.
